Common questions

Will the assistant make things up?

It is built to answer only from your content and to show where each answer comes from. When the answer isn't there, it is set up to say so instead of guessing, and we test it on your real questions before launch.

Can it work in Odia, Hindi and other Indian languages?

Yes, for text and for voice. Quality varies by language, so we test it with real questions in the languages your customers use.

Can it run on our own servers?

Yes. I can deploy open-source models on your infrastructure, so your data never goes to an outside AI provider.

What does it cost to run?

It depends on the model and on how much it is used. The quote includes an estimate of monthly running costs, and self-hosting replaces per-message fees with the cost of your own server.
